Second, Other than "8gb ram," your "specs" make no sense to me.
Third, can you provide any additional details? Like, what you were doing when this happened? Are you running any mods? On a server, or single-player? What version of Minecraft?

i am running no mods
my specs (in length): i5-3570k processor, amd radeon 7970 ghz graphics card so performance is not a problem..
running minecraft 1.7.4 single player server and the problem is all the time, i load into single player and this is the result, its always been like this since i downloaded the game (fresh install twice) this morning
it makes no sense ..i can see weird stuff like floating bows from creeps but no blocks or anything...

You are probably using the AMD Beta 14.x drivers.
These are known to have issues with OpenGL, so you must downgrade back to 13.x drivers.
Please go to start, search "Device Manager".
In device manager, expand "Display Adapters", and you should see "AMD Radeon HD ??00", right click this, and press "Uninstall".
Then, go through the prompts and it should uninstall.
