I've been playing minecraft for a lot of time, mainly modded, though lately it has troubled me even with no mods or resource packs at all. So, Friday night I was playing in LAN, everything was going as usual, though maybe a bit slow (With me hosting the game for two other people to join). Then all out of a sudden it started getting extremely slow (Going around 1-10 fps) for a good 10 seconds or so. Afterwards it blue screened, saying the reason was "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT". So, since my computer hadn't blue screened me in about 6 months or so, I decided to ignore it, and since I had to go to college early on Saturday, I went to sleep.
Now, I came back yesterday (Saturday) and again, tried to play in LAN. As soon as the other players joined, it lagged badly and went off again (This time, it corrupted my save game, which I got back up using MCEdit). So I started the game and used it in single-player, and since it ran for a good 15 minutes with no issues, other than some random fps drops, I opened it to LAN, it ran well for another 5 minutes; and then when I let the other players join it, and after one minute or so, blue screen again. All of them for the same reason. So since that, I re-installed minecraft, and ran it again, this time no mods or resource packs, the same happened. So I thought it could be because I hosted the game, so I tried joining to another player's game, and nothing, same blue screen.
So, I searched in Google for that blue screen reason and read it could be due to RAM errors, but since I don't have a flash drive right now, I couldn't boot memtest to check, but since no other game or program (WoW, NFS, CoD, Visual Studio 08/10/12, NetBeans, Photoshop, etc.) have ever made that error happen, I thought it could be a bug in Windows, so I decided to install Windows again. Same version of Windows, same everything. I installed Windows, graphics card's drivers, audio drivers, chipset drivers, Intel HD Graphics, Java (latest edition, v 7.51), and then I Installed minecraft again. Since I installed it, it has every time given me the next error report.
Also, it has just (As I was writing this post) given me another, a different blue screen, saying: "MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS", though that was just before I installed the chipset drivers, which are the last ones I had to install.
TL;DR:
So, I have a clean, fresh install of Windows 8 64-bit, just like the one I've used to play minecraft on for the last year or so. Everything installed, graphics card drivers (Just downloaded from nvidia), intel hd graphics drivers, chipset drivers, audio drivers, Java (latest edition, v 7.51). And it has been giving me the next error report:
Also, it gave me a blue screen, (this computer hadn't given me a blue screen for about 6 months) saying: "MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS". Just before I installed the chipset drivers, which were the last drivers I installed.

Sorry for the long post, and thanks for any help provided!
P.S.: Sorry, I don't see the first thread I posted anymore, just after I edited it out to add the DxDiag. If it's just me having it bugged, I'm sorry for the double-post.
well minecraft won't run because this driver: Intel(R) HD Graphics (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)
is from Microsoft, not intel, and doesn't include Open GL support. You'll need drivers from intel.com, or you need to convince your computer to run minecraft on the Nvidia (assuming that one does have Open GL support).
As the blue screens.. probably bad memory, buggy drivers, or malware.
Thank you very, VERY much. I really feel quite stupid :/ . As it was only matter of changing the default GPU to the discrete, don't know why minecraft didn't force windows to use it. Still though, thank you very much, about to try MP again.
