Well,

Recently I had to put the recovery disk into my Mac (Currently running OSX 10.6.3) after an issue occurred with a dual boot I was running. I get everything set back up, and get Minecraft downloaded. Once I click the "Play Minecraft 1.7.4" button, Minecraft Crashes. I redownload Minecraft, and It still crashes. I use an older version of minecraft and it still crashes.

Any suggestions?

You need to install all available Software Updates available for your Mac.
To do so, click the Apple icon in the top left of the screen, and click Software Update. Continue to install updates until there are none.
