I had a problem with Minecraft (it locked itself on startup), so that I finally decided to delete everything from the .minecraft directory and to re-install the game. It starts normally, but now, the launcher doesn't recognize me as a registered Minecraft user anymore, and only lets me play the demo. I'm quite sure I'm entering the proper password. I tried both my e-mail address and my user name, but it still doesn't work. I send an e-mail to Mojang Support, but apparently they will be able to answer in a couple of weeks or so (they process requests from January the 14th by now).
Is there anything I can do myself about this problem, or I just have to wait till the support gets to my request?
