How in god's name do I contact Mojang by telephone?
I have a problem and can't get minecraft to play. I can't really describe well what is happening
by typing. I will try though maybe someone here can help.
I open the launcher everything's fine. I click "Play" and I get to the "Mojang" screen before the Main Menu shows up. Then I get sent back to the launcher and minecraft doesn't run! I don't even make it to the Main Menu. Please someone ASAP reply.
You can't call them. You can use their bug tracker (link for it is somewhere in here). Go to the developer console tab and check the error message when the game is booting up, then paste it here, maybe somebody here can help.
As said above, they don't have a phone number for support, but it soulds like your having a driver error, please copy the developer console, and goto https://gist.github.com/ and paste it. Click Create Secret Gist. Then share with us the link that it takes you to.
