i deleted the .minecraft file beacuse i had i problem connecting to the server... but now it wont install the game to my laptop.. the game worked on my cousins laptop

i got the game working but when i tr to log in this error appears

PLEASE MAKE SOUR THAT YOU ARE ONLINE AND MINECRAFT ISNT BLOCKED

PS: THE ONLY FILES IN THE .MINECRAFT FILE ARE
-VERSIONS
-LAUNCHER
-LAUNCHER PROFILES.JSON
-launcher.pack.lzma

Delete the %appdata% file, and redownload minecraft.Save all your worlds and remember your serevrs, plus mods.

I did that and now its not fully downloading again i think thats why i cant connect to the servers...thx anyway

can anyone send me their .minecraft file so i can put it in the %appdata% file and see if it'd work
