If your world got corrupted you can try to repair it with MCEdit. Open the offending world in MCEdit, press 'ctrl-i' and select 'Repair regions' in the dialogue which pops up. Once this has completed, save your world and exit MCEdit.
To download MCEdit, go to http://www.mcedit.net/ and choose the version appropriate for your OS.

Okay, so i did what you told and i got this
Now i want this to be similar to the biome it was in (rainy jungle to be exact), and for that i need to change the weather of the chunk (snowy to rainy)
How i do that on MCedit? Or I have to "refresh" the chunk until i get the one i want?

It is Possible u generate u world in an older Minecrafte Version??? If u regenerate chunks in newer Minecraft Versions maybe the Chunk-generator change and u got different looking chunks.
Tray to delete the chunk and start Minecraft with the version u first create the map. (Don't do it if u Play with the actual snapshot, u will lost u Chest inventory.)
