I'm trying to install a mod (while following a tutorial on youtube [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItY3yTWLVns]), but I seem to have ran into a slight problem: There's nothing in the versions folder inside the .minecraft folder despite my launcher telling me that I'm running on 1.7.4. I just bought the game and am running on windows 8. Any suggestions on what to do (please)?
