I am trying to move save locations and the save that I use for my server is having major issues. Every time I try to move the save world to a different location on my hard drive it will work, but if I try to move it to a flash drive or another hard drive besides the one it was created on, it will give me the error "Can't copy r.1.1.mca because access is denied" or something along those lines. I have tried many different methods to treat the save as if it is corrupt, but those seem to do nothing. I have tried to sync the save in dropbox as well to no avail. I am hoping someone else knows what is going on because no one online seems to have reported a similar issue to mine.

Can you find r.1.1.mca in the world folder, right-click on it, click Properties, and take a screenshot of the Permissions tab? This is most likely a problem with Windows.
Yes, sounds like a problem with windows permissions. Also, make sure minecraft isn't running.
