Because I wasn't getting help on a different topic I decided I would make my own. I am getting this error (Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException) whenever I try to connect to the Mineage PVP server (IP: mc.mineagepvp.com). This is the only server from which I tried to get into that this has happened. Please Help!
If you're totally sure that other people are connected and you have a clear shot to the server, that leaves four things:
The server hates you and doesn't want to let you in.
The server is a huge distance away/your internet is terrible/both and Minecraft can't transfer data at a reasonable speed.
The server is overfull and has outblown its bandwidth and can't handle it.
It's a weird internal bug with Minecraft stopping you connecting. (What you think, by the looks of it)
The server is behind a DDos blocker and thinks you're trying to spam it. (which is true).

Any mods? Antivirus? Malware (more likely than you think)?
