Minecraft would not let me play on any servers. So I logged out, but when I tried to log back in, this is the message it gave me:
Sorry, we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are online and minecraft is not blocked. IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URl: https://authserver.mojang.com/authenticate
Any help would be appreciated!

Perhaps you should place yourself in Mojang's shoes, server issues are usually not the fault of anyone, but the system itself crashing, etc. I highly doubt that they want the servers to be down either, and I do not think they're trying to be funny.
