We've tried re-downloading Minecraft, Resetting winsock, downloading the latest version of java, So far this error has occurred on the Official Minecraft Launcher and MultiMC. He has Norton and he has tried disabling it, but that doesn't work. I personally think Norton is the problem. Currently we are still trying to fix this.

Moderatornorton is known to be a pain when it comes to minecraft
Yeah we tried to do that but his dad won't let him for parental reasons, frankly I think his pc is safe with MSE and Malware-bytes
