I have re installed java, Minecraft, the .Minecraft folder in roaming, and everything. I deleted everything that has to do with Minecraft, but it is still not working. The game worked about a month ago but I got on it for the first time since then and all it does is gives me errors. I load up the client and only gives me the option to "Play Offline".
I tried to play again because I got a new monitor and I wanted to try it out.
Here are the errors:

Ok well here's some news, I was using my friends .Minecraft that I downloaded over skype (sorry I forgot to tell you that) and I deleted it after re installing my anti virus. My .Minecraft folder is empty, and I now get this:

Uhm, well I turned wifi on and off, I tried the netsh winsock, but it brought up cmd for a split second then left. I still tried it and it doesn't work. I've also tried to disable my firewall, that didn't help.
I got a step wrong on what you told me, I typed netsock winsock reset in cmd, but it says it's not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file.
