Windows 8.1 SUCKS. Mojang doesn't support it. Anyway, you may need to update your drivers from the official websites (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) Don't use WIndows Update or Device Manager, and try to not use the auto-detect features from those websites. If you know your model of videocard grab the drivers directly.
(I'm dorry if you've already done this, but I can't tell whether you used WinUpdate or not)
P.S I'm not saying not to use WinUpdate!!! Just don't use it for video cards.
I've tried updating drivers, that has had no to little effect. Basically they have only changed what the minecraft error says since the time before. Here is the dxdiag log link: http://pastebin.com/CVFtpHS3
Your Intel graphics driver shows a similar timestamp, I deduce that it may be Microsoft provided, attempt to install the one here - https://downloadcent...Y&DwnldID=23405
1. No I have not messed with the drivers, as far as I know. Is there a way to turn it on?
2. I have downloaded it before but it does not do anything for me (as far as I can tell). Is there a way to make it of use?
3. And as for the intel, in the case of the first one it does not let me download it. It says that I have to get it from the manufacturer. The second one downloaded into a zip folder. And same for those two, is there a way to make them of use? Or download it a different way? Again, I appreciate the assistance.

Is there a way to turn it on? (It's been a week and I'm getting a tiny bit impatient).

If you have not touched the device manager, I don't think it's disabled. In any case, head to the device manager by pressing the Windows Key and the Pause/Break key and click on "Device Manager". Expand "Display Adaptors" and see if they're disabled, if they are, just enable them.
If they are already enabled, then I have no idea what could be causing your issue, as you already have the latest drivers.

Okay it said "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"
Should I uninstall and reinstall? And what website would I go to reinstall?
If you wanted to get your "revenge" to the darn game, try going to the properties section and go to the Compatibility tab, and then under "Run this program in Compatibility Mode for:" and then select Windows 7. Optional: Check the box: Run this program as Administrator. That should work. If not, never mind.
At the same time, my parents actually have a Windows 7 computer, but problem is that it always lags and produces hundreds of blue screen errors. The computer is a Dell Inspiron 15. Also, I can attempt to DL Minecraft there unless it is already fixed.
And oh, Minecraft works on my Windows 8.1, only the problem is it is unresponsive. 3X(

Retired StaffThis is a very false statement.
In any case, if you have issues with finding the correct drivers, please provide your dxdiag log,

I appreciate the assistance.

Retired StaffMinecraft is Java based, the NGE won't detect it.
