I keep getting this Launch4j box

I deleted this Java folder from my (x86) folder by mistake and now Minecraft won't start I get a box the is labeled as Launch4j and it says

"The registy refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted.
The system cannot find the path specified."

I re-installed Java to see if it was that but it didn't help any help would be awesome

Never remove items from the Program Files directory, this messes and corrupts the registry.

Attempt to install 64-bit Java,
