Minecraft freezing

Hello guys thanks for taking the time to read my forum, now when i launch my minecraft, it gets to the Minecraft Launcher 1.3.8 and just freezes, iv delete my .minecraft , iv reinstalled it, iv restarted my pc and internet but it wont work. PLEASE HELP ME

So you get to the launcher page and you can't click the Play Now button?

Have you tried to get a new minecraft.exe??
