Ok, so here is the deal. I have a decent desktop that runs minecraft awesome. It doesn't have an internet connection. Its a dell XPS 600 running windows xp. I also have a Windows 7 X64 laptop, that does have an internet connection. So I have my launcher and my thinking was ok, i'll just copy all these files to my flash drive onto my XPS and play minecraft. The game itself runs fine, SInce my graphics card went bad, i cant run SLI anymore. But with one i'm still running 70 fps. ANYWAY. It has no sound at all. Sound works great on my laptop which is Windows 7 64 bit. Not a bit of sound on the XP. All i'm doing is downloading the version 1.7.2, installing, then copying the .minecraft folder directly to my xp machine. WTF am i suppose to do?
