Hi! Thanks for reading this! I have recently been wanting to play the new 1.8 snapshot for while but one thing has been preventing me from really playing it that much and that one thing is the huge FPS drop. I have done the most I can to minimize the amount of lag I get like turning particles to minimal, turning my view distance to 2 chunks, turning clouds off, smooth lighting off and so on but none of those have worked. On 1.7.2, I get about 200 fps on singleplayer and 125 fps on multiplayer but on 14w02c, I get 15 fps on singleplayer and there are no 1.8 snapshot servers I know of so I don't know how many FPS I would get on that. It has really been annoying me since I really wanted to mess around with the new slime blocks and the chest locking feature with the /blockdata command and the {Lock:} tag. Please help!
For cestislife: This is happening on every single world. No difference if the world has different settings. Default = Laggy. Superflat = Laggy. Large Biomes = More Laggy and Amplified = Crash. I am usually able to handle amplified pretty good but using the 1.8 snapshots to play it is like impossible for me. I found that broadcasting a live-stream kind of makes it less laggier and recording using Bandicam decreases the amount of lag slightly also. Doing both those at the same time brings me up to an average amount of 75 fps but I still get FPS drops that drop my FPS to about 15 fps for about 2 seconds. I have like, 10 worlds with different settings but all have the same FPS drops happening on them. I also have been noticing many other people having this problems like some youtubers but the lag spikes I'm getting is WAY WORSE than the youtubers ones. I have read some of the comments on those videos saying that they have lag spikes too so yeah.

Nothing should be here.-
