I have a dell Inspiron 15r SE and I've seen people hit 60+ frames with it on highest settings. For some reason though I can't go higher than 30 and a lot of the time it's 25. Anyone know what could help? Btw it's AMD Radeon HD 7730M it's a pretty good graphics card. 8GB RAM and windows 7. Thanks
