Its not the internet connection...
iv tried 2 computer, on the same internet connection. one of them is older and one of them in 1/2 months old and the newer one works...

That seems like a very bad network connection that actually is hanging up the game as a whole.
To my understanding the issue is only on Multiplayer, correct?
Also, would you happen to have another computer on your network that can play Minecraft?
