It's a problem with your graphics card or driver.

Make sure you have the latest graphics driver *from the official website*. (Links: AMD, Nvidia, Intel)

If you're not sure what card you have, get a DxDiag.

If you have an old graphics card, it might not be able to play the latest version. Especially if it's "integrated graphics" (ie, part of the motherboard). Especially "Intel Graphics Accelerator". You might be able to get it working with a different driver, but if not, the only options are to play an older version or upgrade your graphics card. The latest version uses different OpenGL features, and some cards just can't handle it.

You can play older versions from the launcher, by using "Edit profile" and "Use version".

I play alot of high maintence games on my computer, if this game can not play with my VC and drivers, that pretty sad for the graphics in this game. :/

...that shows a graphics problem (the "C" thing), and "ig4dev32.dll" means you're using an Intel Graphics Accelerator as your graphics card.

Those are known to cause problems. It's not a 'proper' graphics card, but is integrated into the motherboard. The latest versions of Minecraft use certain OpenGL features, and some cards just can't handle it. It's a fault of the card or graphics driver; not a fault with Minecraft.

Minecraft is a modern game - despite the way it looks. it needs a *reasonably* modern computer.
