I've been trying out this snapshot, and on 1.7 I get a pretty decent framerate, and I have 2Gbs of my 5Gbs of RAM allocated to Minecraft, which worked well for 1.7, but this snapshot made my framerate completely explode, going down to 1FPS a lot. My PC's no mega-computer, but it's powerful enough that I should be playing MC at a framerate that I'm at least somewhat satisfied with, which has me worried that it's going to be unplayable for me when 1.8 actually comes out. Any help?
