Hi, I've posted a thread about this before, but it didn't seem to fix my problem. Hopefully this new thread gets more attention.
So, I've been having very low Frames per Second (Average of nine) from an unknown cause. I have tried multiple things to fix it. I also experience lag spikes aswell, about every 5 seconds the 9 will turn to a 0. Also, it takes up to 10 seconds to register block changes. (Such as destroying dirt)
These are my computer specifications:
GPU: GeForce GT 635M
CPU: Intel Core i5 3337U CPU @ 1.8 GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB RAM (7.98 Usable)
Current Resolution: 1366 x 768, 60Hz
Driver Version: 331.82
Operating System: Windows 8.1
I understand that Java and Windows 8 have some issues with each other, but I am uncertain if Java is the cause of my problem.
Here is everything I've tried to do to fix this:
-Allocated more RAM
-Running with Graphics processor
-Running in Windows 7 compatibility Mode
-Optifine
-Creating New worlds (Makes it worse)
-Turning down all my setting
-Re-Installing Java
-Installing Java 32bit
-Installing Java 64bit
-Installing Both Java 32bit and 64bit
-Re-installing Minecraft
-Virus Scanning my computer
-Enabling more Cores
I'd appreciate any answer given. But please do not suggest anything I have listed. Thank you.

Already tried it.
And yes, I reverted the RAM back to normal instantly after it didn't work.

And I always use the GeForce application to update my drivers.

No need to make duplicate threads, it just takes up space.
