When I open my Minecraft Launcher, it says this:

But it doesn't say how to fix it, so PLEASE HELP!
At 1st I thought something was wrong with java, it might still be the case, I have already tried reinstalling/updating java and it didn't fix anything.

Try a winsock reset:

Do make sure that minecraft can get through your firewall. try disabling firewall and antivirus and try again.

that's something that is for problems with my OS...and i'm not 100% sure if it's safe to do it...Will Everything on my Hard Drive (all my programs, files, games) be saved?

Minecraft worked fine before, this happened just a few days ago.

I wouldn't do anything extreme until you do the basic, quick stuff.

Yeah, that's obvious. But Will Everything on my Hard Drive (all my programs, files, games) be saved if I do a winsock reset?

another google hit suggests you may have .NET updates that you haven't applied from windows update.

Otherwise I'm out of ideas/

Ok I feel really stupid now...I looked around my computer and noticed, when I tried updating java, it installed another one, so minecraft wasn't working because I had 2 javas installed XD

I appreciate those who tried helping me in this situation

...I'm not sure that's really an adequate explanation for your problem. Maybe the java that was being used was damaged.
