Everytime I try to download the minecraft launcher for Windows, the one marked Windows.exe it starts to run but as the launcher shows up it says there is a fatal error. I click the download. Start it and this is the code that shows up.
Does anyone know what to do to fix it.

I changed it, but It didn't change anything...

Your windows user name is breaking java because it has ! in it.

You will need to make a new windows user without special characters (eg use a-z 0-9 only)
