Hi, I'm not sure if I posted this on the right topic but it's the closest one that I think is the correct topic. I've been having some problems connecting to servers on my server list that I've been playing on for YEARS! Whenever I launch Minecraft it just shows "Pinging... Can't Connect" with the bars with an X in the middle of the bars. For some reason I can only join 1 server which is Mineplex.com but I have no idea why I can only join that but not the other servers I always played on. I've looked on Google and YouTube, but the closest solution I can find was that it had something to do with the DNS stuff. Personally, I don't think it's the DNS having problems, since my settings for DNS is on "Obtain DNS server address automatically" so I'm thinking my DNS is not the problem. I've reinstalled Minecraft 5 times meaning I deleted the Minecraft program and deleted it's files (.minecraft) and it still continues to say "Pinging... Cannot Connect". I checked to see if the connection with my connection and the server was "alive" and it was successful, but I still cannot connect to the servers, I got the help from my dad since he's an Electrical Engineer but he couldn't solve it either. When I try to connect, it says "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException". Before I had this type of problem, I made a texture pack and put it into my minecraft files but it didn't work then maybe some days later I had this problem, I don't think the Text. pack would be the problem since I reinstalled Minecraft many times. Please help!
