For some reason, I got a new gaming pc desktop specifically made for minecraft, (advanced graphics card, etc.) isn't letting me play minecraft. I do Singleplayer->New World->play->Troubleshoots :/

...what problem? You have not given us a crash log, an error message, or anything that would seem like a problem. Please rephrase your question. "Not working" is a very general and vague description that tells us absolutely nothing in relation with your issue.
Okay, I get you're sending it back, but how on Earth can you call something a "new gaming desktop specifically made for Minecraft" if it has Windows XP?! Windows XP is anything but new.
