First off, when I click on the help section, it redirects me back to the main page, so before you say "wrong section", trust me, I know and tried.
To the real problem,
If this has been solved, feel free to please redirect me to where the solution was posted and/or just tell me.
I've been playing minecraft servers for a little while now, with no issues, but as of a few days ago, whenever I sign into a server, all of the players around me are standing still (with the default steeve arm waving motion) while I can run around with no bouncing back and forth, then after a few seconds of not being able to join any games (right-clicking on signs) it returns me back to my server list and says "Connection Lost Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimoutException"
No idea what this means and, obviously, no idea how to fix. Anything would be helpful.... I could get screenshots if really needed, but what I've said is exactly what happens. I won't post the Development Console report because it literally says there's no errors.

Thank you very much.
