i bought minecraft for my PC on Christmas Day. No one at tech support is replying to my e-mails. Every time I try download it says game has crashed. I am frustrated and my son is devastated.

When requesting for support, one would provide relevant information so that the support team can help with diagnosis. Please provide the crash log, as simply stating you have crashed tells us nothing at all.
