Respawn Dying Issues

I am logging in and dying on respawn. I fall from a great height and die every time within 3 seconds or so. How do I reset so I can get out of this endless loop and play again?

I have a paid for Redstone Server Rank package on it and usually play in Prison World so the world isn't corrupt.

Yes I log into Zachs Server, but I don't know how to get in touch with the admin of that server.

Was able to figure it out. Copied /server hub into cmd as I was falling and was taken back to the main hub on the server where you can choose the various worlds.
