I made a snow farm on an SMP world. Whenever I dig the snow, no snowballs drop. If it's natural snow, it works. But if it's snow from a snowman, nothing drops. If I use up my shovel then relog, it's back to how it was before I dug the snow. What is causing this and how can I fix it?

Moderatordoes this happen with only snow?
have you asked the server owner if they are blocking snow or anything?
