So I contacted Mojang and after 1 week I finally got a response after extensively explaining my entire issue all over again.
This was their brief answer:
Hi Chynira
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your game. Unfortunately, this help center is limited mostly to accounts and billing; we do not have a technical support team. For technical support, you may want to visit our list of resources at help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/364794.

So my question is:
Is there ANY support team from Mojang that are not "volunteers" and have actual administrative rights over Minecraft/Mojang accounts? I can't find anything online and as you can see all the support I'm getting is sending me in circles. I appreciate ALL help but this is pretty frustrating since I've ruled out all possibilities of this being a "user error" on my part.
I'd reply and say that this is an account issue, as... (comes up with likely scenario) The logon servers are not responding to your requests, and.... (reads your message) you already told them this, your specific account does not allow multiplayer connections. That should kick them into gear. (I had to do the same thing, turns out they didn't even read the whole message before giving up and sending me the exact same message you got)

(reads your message) you already told them this, your specific account does not allow multiplayer connections. That should kick them into gear.
