I have already gone into help chat and nothing they advised me to do has helped, so now I'm here.
I have turned my firewall and anti-virus off completely = same error.
I also tried leaving my firewall on and added an exception for Minecraft in my firewall = same error.
I have rebooted my router to make sure my configurations are reset etc. = same error.
I have contacted Windstream and made them check my configurations, they detected no problems.
I also know there is nothing wrong with my network configuration etc. because my partner bought the game now too (we are on the same local network) and is having no problems and is playing next to me as we speak.
I have de-installed the game several times by now, re-downloaded, re-installed, deleted the entire folder, etc. = same error
I can see the servers are open, see the MOTD, see the player count in game, so seemingly my computer CAN connect to them in some way, i just can't get INTO the servers.
My pc meets the system requirements, also I have no problems in single player or connecting to a local server.

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost

Isn't there anything else I can do? I hate that i just wasted 30$ on a game that doesn't work properly
There are #'s in front of all entry's in my hosts file and to my knowledge that means there is technically "nothing" in there so what is my next step ?

That's the wrong way to look at it. The game is fine, something is just up with your computer. Were you able to connect with another computer, perhaps your partner's? If it is, then we can assume that the machine you are on is to blame, perhaps certain settings that were triggered that may have interfered.
Out of curiosity, what antivirus program are you running? You say you have disabled it, but have you tried uninstalling it and see whether or not you were able to connect then?
I have also found no errors in your log in the first post and your hosts file. Odd indeed. Also asking, are you on a 64-bit system?
I am using AVG Internet security, the exact same version my partner is using. Nevertheless I will try uninstalling it and see if that helps. Thanks for the reply..
Yes it's a 64-Bit OS. Windows 7 Ultimate to be precise.
It may be an off-chance error with Java itself, though you're using the 32-bit one. Remove all versions of Java from the machine, reboot. Then grab the64-bit version available here, http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

I have deinstalled all Java versions, did the online check for removing older versions, installed the newest 64-bit version, did the online newest version check, rebooted.= same error

This is really odd. Did you try connecting from another machine like I mentioned earlier?

I now know it is definetely not my computer causing the problem. My partner is playing on his account/machine with no problems as mentioned earlier which of course led me to the assumption that it must be my computer that's causing the problem. This is why I never tried connecting my account through his machine. Now that I logged into my account on his computer, I'm getting the exact same error.

I have tried to connect to servers on 3 different computers now. I get the same error. Yet my partner is still having no problems with his account on my machine or any others.
Is there really nobody that can give me any support here? This is obviously not a "user error" since I can't connect to servers no matter what computer I try it on, yet my partner on the same local network has no problems.
It just makes no sense to me,

If you truly believe it's an account issue, we as volunteers can't really do much about it. Email Mojang about your issue.
So I contacted Mojang and after 1 week I finally got a response after extensively explaining my entire issue all over again.
This was their brief answer:
Hi Chynira
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your game. Unfortunately, this help center is limited mostly to accounts and billing; we do not have a technical support team. For technical support, you may want to visit our list of resources at help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/364794.
Best regards,
Anna
So my question is:
Is there ANY support team from Mojang that are not "volunteers" and have actual administrative rights over Minecraft/Mojang accounts?
I can't find anything online and as you can see all the support I'm getting is sending me in circles.
I appreciate ALL help but this is pretty frustrating since I've ruled out all possibilities of this being a "user error" on my part.
Also here's the message I sent to Mojang: http://pastebin.com/1DgQNJ0u

This is what the console says after trying to connect to 4 different servers:

All I keep getting is the same error no matter what server I try to join.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out here!
