HELLO
I recently got a new computer and while i have bought Minecraft before on my old computer and i had a world i have signed back into my Mojang account. I downloaded Minecraft to my new computer and now every time i go to open mine craft the launcher opens fine but then when i click the giant button that says play the game loads up then crashes... I don't no what the cause of this is. If anyone knows how to fix this problem i would greatly appreciate it. Also does anyone know if i will have my worlds since i have a new hard drive if not does anyone no how i can transfer them over or will i have them because they are on my Mojang account???

sooo thank you for your help but the reason i bought the new computer was because i was going to buy one anyway but..... the hard drive on my old computer broke so AND i no i could have just bought a new hard drive lol but i wanted a new computer, any way so my old hard drive doesn't work, does this make it impossible to get my old stuff back? And i found out that if i put my old graphics card in my new computer minecraft will launch, i dont understand this and it must be a driver issue like you said.... My system is running a 4770k and 16gb of dominator platinums 2133mhz, so i think it would be powerfull enough, i just dont want to use my old graphics card card because it sucks lol,
