I've noticed in many YouTube videos that people are able to repeat chat messages (most notably commands in their entirety, with their last entered parameters too), without having to retype them all out manually again, as if they're pressing a hotkey. I've looked around on Google and the Minecraft Wiki and cannot find any information on this subject.
I do know that the Tab key can be used as a shortcut, but it can't be what I'm looking for, since the behaviour I've seen in videos is instantaneous. I'm also highly confident it is a vanilla feature, since I have seen it in many MindCrack videos in the past.
So how is this done? I'm even surprised how I missed any mention of this feature being added to Minecraft, whenever it was.

You can also do this cycle
1. / 2. Up 3. Enter.
Practice and you can run the same command very fast (Almost 1 command per tick).
