No one can send you the files as thats against Mojang T&C's

We need to see your dev console log to see why the launcher can't download the files.

Let me guess using mineshafter right? If u using mineshafter Download minecraft Launcher on Minecraft.net Use it choose what version want you use (you need minecraft account demo or something) then wait it until it finished then close it use mineshafter log on and play
