Got new Graphics card causing block glitches

Ok so I got a new Graphics card from the Radeon 7770 to a GTX 760. I got all the newest drivers and everything but chunks or blocks will unload for a millisecond and then load again. This is constant and didnt happen with my Radeon 7770. is what I am talking about on video. Does anyone know how I could fix this?
