When trying to launch the game (with the latest Graphics Card Drivers mind you) I receive this error:
Bad video card drivers!
-----------------------
Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

I have tried running Minecraft with 1GB, 768MB, and 512MB of RAM, all to no avail. I was previously running Windows XP 32-bit, and was able to run the game successfully. Now, however, after upgrading to Windows 7 64-bit through a clean install, I cannot play. Though this log says 1.5.2, the same error is given in 1.6.4 and 1.7.4
It may sound silly, but are you sure you installed the correct versions of your video card drivers? The differences between 32-bit and 64-bit drivers mess a lot of people up. I would uninstall your graphics drivers, re-download the 64-bit Windows 7 versions and try again. From that error report it looks like that is the only option.

Please reinstall your drivers. Sometimes they get corrupted.
