No matter how many times I create a new world, I spawn and see normal blocks, BUT right after destroying any object or block the game starts to look like on a snapshot

Windows 7 Home basic 64
CPU: AMD Turion II P520 2.3GHz
RAM 3Gb
GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470, 2Gb
Need to add, that I've run older versions without any problems!

What's better? Building sand castles of understanding and compromise that will fall to the slightest wind of change? Or will you build your beliefs with steel and remain immovable against the elements?
