I should've posted something like this months ago, but it started several months ago that what will happen is that if I idle long enough, the blocks turn into blocks made of items, like a stone slab will be made out of iron chest plates, or it will have an X-ray effect where I can only see a limited amount of blocks. I have the X-ray effect, but not the item block effect. Here's a screenshot:

I know how to fix it, just change recourcepacks then back into the original one, but what I want to know is why does this happen? Is there a way to make it stop so it never happens?

Another thing I want to state is this starts when idling on a server. I never had this problem when I was idling on singleplayer.
