One of the members of my server has had an issue that he couldn't type in our chat. He's a fairly regular and loyal user, and it seemed odd that he would've been muted. Sure enough, no staff had muted him, he simply wasn't able to type. He messaged me today that this was not only happening on my server, but each server he went on to; he couldn't type.
Keep in mind that he could send me private messages (keyboard was functioning) and could see the chat fine (chat enabled).
I believe he received the message, "You cannot post" according to him.
