Please help I like just fixed my minecraft and now it's only running at 26 fps

I can't download optifine though because i can't play 1.6.4 for some reason so now I can hardly play on just single player its so slow and laggy.

By the way I have a old macbook so if anyone on here knows about macs I would be so happy if you could help.

When I first got it it was at like 50 or 60 so not that great but it was better

I dont know what happened though
