Hey All,

Didn't see anything relatively helpful on this topic so I thought I would ask away:

• When I am playing music though iTunes or Pandora player, and I go back into focus of Minecraft - every time a mob makes a sound, it causes distortion on the music I'm playing.

I have a feeling it has something to do with my sound codecs, but I'm wondering if anyone here can help.

While that would work - I'd like to actually hear the sounds.

I believe turning off any enhancements you have on will stop this issue. For example the Dolby Digital enhancements.

1. Close Minecraft and Media Players
2. Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (Aka. the Notification Area or Tray)
3. Select "Playback" Devices
4. Right click the active device and select "Properties"
5. Go to the "Enhancements" tab and select "Disable all enhancements"
6. Apply and close

Sorry for the late reply, but I've been away.

I've tried disabling all enhancements, and it still has a distortion.
