The outlines of blocks are constantly shown on every block. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Minecraft but it didn't work. The closest I can get to somewhat removing them is by changing the Anisotropic Filtering to 16 in Video Settings. The screenshot included shows Sphax PureBDcraft, but the issue is not due to a texture pack; it's shown better with Sphax but also occurs using default textures. It doesn't matter what version I use, either, because it happens with any modpack I use. I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!
Sorry for the super late message. Thanks for the advice, but I've tried this before and it still looks like this.
It's a new problem, I should say. Don't know exactly which version it happened with but I believe I started having this problem with either 1.6.4 or 1.7.2. But now no matter which version I launch they all end up with this same effect. I also can't change the Antisotropic setting in older versions through the settings menu due to it not being available at the time.
If you mean the curved lines in the ocean, that is normal behaviour, it occurs due to how Minecraft's textures are rendered. This can be reduced by using the Mipmap ocean.
The curved lines in the ocean have never occurred for me in Minecraft until recently, or at least not nearly as bad or visible as they are in the screenshot. It's more or less a brand new issue that I've had to deal with even though I haven't changed anything in my base Minecraft program aside from texturepacks or map downloads (which still never caused problems in the past).
I actually managed to fix it in unmodded Minecraft by turning the Mipmap setting from 4 to OFF. But any modded Minecraft I'll try messing around with Optifine. Thanks for all your help guys.
