So i just got a new computer and decided to play Minecraft on it. installation was no problem for Minecraft or java (Except that i had to get x64 bit java). i run a vanilla single player game and about 2 minutes into the game it freezes. i can still see the game and even hear the music playing but my computer says it is not responding. i have minecraft 1.7.2 and java build 1.7.0. this is the text in the console as i force shut down minecraft:

what do i do to fix this? much appreciation to anyone who can help

Please provide your DxDiag logs, aswell as giving us what is in your system Event Logs when you get the issue, or crash.
Along side, please give us the ENTIRE output of the Development Console.
