Hi, I have another question for all of those smart people out there who know all about mac computers and java. I want to play minecraft, and then when I try to open it, I get this message -> Cannot launch "MinecraftLauncher" No compatible version of Java 1.6+ is available. It gave me two options, Quit, or Open Java Preferences. I chose Open Java Preferences, and the it gives me another message--> Cannot launch "Java Preferences" No compatible version of Java 1.5+ is available. This is the part where I go on google and look for people who are having the same issue, but none of the people who responded to this person put a correct answer. I figured maybe I should get update 17 of java, but the update refused to work. If you could help me out here, I'd REALLY REALLY appreciate it. And just so you know, your not helping just me, but other people who are having the same problem. My computer is a mac snow leopard, version 10.6.8.
Thanks.
