Alright, so my problem began just today. Minecraft was running fine last night, with no errors. However, when I tried to get on today, I can play for anywhere from 1-5 minutes, but then I get this error.
Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine
If anyone could help me, that would be appreciated.
Note - I already updated drivers, Java, and re-downloaded Minecraft.

Run the program, choose 'I accept', then 'Do a scan and save a log file'. After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, and paste it in spoiler tags for us to see.

Open up the Avast interface. Do you see a big green tick, with text 'Everything is good'?
If not, you have an outdated version of Avast which may be the cause of the issue. Uninstall Avast through Programs and Features in Control Panel, then install the latest version: http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download
