I have an integrated apu and apu integrated apu graphics card and it runs well for most of the time...EXCEPT sometimes the fps drops and then I restart my computer it returns to normal? I'm not sure what happened there

Does it happen only in specific areas? Is this a new occurence?
This happens when I play skyblock im not sure maybe its the loading chunks
I don't have a disc drive
