Hello good people of the Minecraft forums. After updating from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, my Minecraft began crashing upon launch. I have installed all of the latest video drivers as well as the latest Java update and still the issue continues.
I figured out the problem, turns out that because my GPU is legacy, I needed a modded driver that was compatible with Windows 8.1. If anyone is having this issue with an ATI card, try installing this driver: http://forums.guru3d...ad.php?t=372799
