Ignore the 1.6.4 in the title... I can't get another error from it.
Hello everybody! As some of us know, Minecraft has been having some registry issues, which are presumably fixed. Though, I keep getting an error while I try to connect to servers. I seem to connect just fine, but after a couple of minutes, I am kicked and I receive this error message:
Internal Exception: java.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
This error has been getting on my nerves, and it has continued for two days. I have gone to other means of question-asking about this error, but nobody seems to know how to fix it. I have even gone to the Mojang Live Help chat-room, and they still can't answer my questions. I have been told that anti-viruses mess with my connection, but even after turning off my firewall, deleted my anti-virus, and rebooting my computer, nothing has changed. ~Also, there is more after that, but it's a lot of chat. I noticed when I was dc'd, the console didn't give me any message saying I disconnected... It just ended with the last message somebody wrote... That help any?
During your live chat we found that you were able to connect to the test server and it was diagnosed that the other servers you were trying to connect to were the issue.

Well, I am still having connection problems to every server my friends want me on. I can't even connect to SkyDoesMinecraft's server... And I really doubt those 3,000+ people are all having the connection issue I am having. because they are staying online (SKGA.ME is the IP). I also couldn't connect to the server I was talking about, Epicprisonmc.com, in 1.6.4, so I know I wasn't using the wrong version., nor are they "outdated" as said in the live-chat.
(Epicprison is being ddosed for now. Can't play around with it today... But the other 4 are impossible to get on for more than 5 minutes at a time.)
I'm having the same problem... But this is happening to all my games even non-minecraft ones. IF you have windows 7 or 8 It might be an error
Hmm... I don't have any other connection issues with games. I tried going back to some old games because of this, and they worked, but I never got interested... XD.
I think this has something to do with Mojang... They DID just have an issue with their login registry... It kept telling people for about a day that their logins were "Bad Logins". That happend to EVERYBODY, though.

~Also, there is more after that, but it's a lot of chat. I noticed when I was dc'd, the console didn't give me any message saying I disconnected... It just ended with the last message somebody wrote... That help any?

ModeratorWell, I am still having connection problems to every server my friends want me on. I can't even connect to SkyDoesMinecraft's server... And I really doubt those 3,000+ people are all having the connection issue I am having. because they are staying online (SKGA.ME is the IP). I also couldn't connect to the server I was talking about, Epicprisonmc.com, in 1.6.4, so I know I wasn't using the wrong version., nor are they "outdated" as said in the live-chat.
(Epicprison is being ddosed for now. Can't play around with it today... But the other 4 are impossible to get on for more than 5 minutes at a time.)

Hmm... I don't have any other connection issues with games. I tried going back to some old games because of this, and they worked, but I never got interested... XD.
I think this has something to do with Mojang... They DID just have an issue with their login registry... It kept telling people for about a day that their logins were "Bad Logins". That happend to EVERYBODY, though.
